(I got my camera to download pictures!!! YEAH!!)
It is amazing to me how God can change the weather so unbeliveably fast. Yesterday during the day it got up to 68 degress then by last night is was in the middle 20's and sleeting. That is a 40+ degree change in about 3 hours!!! Check out the picture of the girls outside on the deck steps coloring yesterday afternoon. Madison is in sleeveless. It was so nice!
Then this morning we woke up to no power. We were without power for 6 hours. It is amazing what things you can come up with to keep you busy in that time frame. Thankfully it was during the day so we didn't have to use flashlights or candles. In our basement we have a wood burning stove. Jeremy made a fire and we stayed quite warm and toasty. We even roasted hot dogs on the fire for lunch. Joshua and the girls had fun playing jungle gym with daddy and then we played a few games to pass the time. It was nice relaxing and actually knowing there was nothing much that could be done at that time.

Tonight friends from church (who lost their power this afternoon) came over and we played games and enjoyed hot chocolate and Christmas carols. It was really nice. We are expected to have 8+ inches of snow from this storm with a nice 2 inch layer of sleet/ice on the bottom. It is supposed to snow through Saturday Jeremy said tonight. We are excited about making snow angels and a snowman tomorrow. So, stayed tuned for pictures of fun in the snow!!!
On another note, here is a quick Joshua update-- He has had a busy week and a half. In the past week and a half he has begun crawling, pulling up, cut not one but two teeth, begun and mastered the sippy cup, started saying "Da-da", and had a flu shot. THEY GROW UP TOO FAST!!!

Tell me about it girl! It was unbelivable having 70 degree weather and then the system came through Nashville and it's in the 30s! Brrr!!!!!
Stay warm! Love you!
Hey girl!
Fun pictures - sometimes it is super fun to be snowed-in! Can't wait to see pictures of the big storm when you get them!
Love,
Beth
since Joshua is growing so fast maybe you should start thinking about number 4!!! :)
Wow, Joshua, slow down! I can't handle that much change at once!
Cute pictures....I look forward to the "snow fun" pictures, too.
I wish I was snowed in with you. Our storm was a bust, not one flake but lots of cold air. Love you, have a great weekend.
Tell Jeremy I'm proud of him for roasting hot dogs in the stove... that's awesome.
